How to read the properties table: 2026, 2027 and GOST
The QAZCLINKER table has three columns: samples from 2026, the 2027 serial production goal and the GOST 13996-2019 minimum. It is easy to read once you know what stands behind each number.
| Property | QAZCLINKER 2026 | QAZCLINKER 2027 | GOST 13996-2019 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Water absorption | up to 3% | up to 3% | up to 6% |
| Frost resistance | 200 cycles | up to 300 cycles | 100 cycles |
| Bending strength | 26 MPa | at least 28 MPa | 20 MPa |
| Breaking load | 1300 N | at least 1300 N | 950 N |
| Fire safety | NG (non-combustible) | NG (non-combustible) | NG (non-combustible) |
2026 samples are from the laboratory, 2027 values are the goal for serial production. QAZCLINKER catalog, GOST 13996-2019.
Strength: 26 and 28 MPa
Bending strength shows how much load a tile withstands before it breaks under bending. The standard requires 20 MPa. Laboratory samples in 2026 showed 26 MPa, and the goal for the 2027 series is at least 28 MPa.
Frost resistance: 200 and 300 cycles
This is the number of freeze and thaw cycles the tile passes without damage. The standard requires 100. The 2026 samples withstood 200, and the goal for the 2027 series is up to 300. QAZCLINKER tests tile at −15 °C, harsher than the usual −5 °C.
Water absorption and fire safety
The tile absorbs no more than 3 percent water against the standard's limit of 6. Class NG means a non-combustible material: this is the class of the cladding itself.
What "50 years or more" means
This is the service life stated by the plant. It is the sum of strength, frost resistance and low water absorption, so the numbers in the table and the service life are always read together.
