Four collections, four landscapes
The palette was created by ceramist Altynai Baizhan. The laboratory tested every colour at 1100 °C and in frost.

Stone made from clay
Clinker is clay fired to the density of stone. It does not absorb water, does not fear frost and does not fade, so a clinker facade looks the same decades later. QAZCLINKER makes it from natural clay and mineral pigments to GOST 13996-2019.

From clay to facade
- Raw materialKazakh clay is ground down to 0.5 mm: the finer the grind, the denser the tile.
- FormingA screw extruder drives out the air and gives an even, strong blank.
- Drying and firingA natural-gas tunnel kiln at 1100–1300 °C. This is where clay becomes stone.
- Colour and surfaceFour colouring techniques, Grothe and Colorobbia engobes. The colour lives in the tile itself.
- EquipmentLines from SABO, SMAC, Keller and Plinfa: Greece, Italy, Germany, Ukraine.
- Quality controlThe plant's own laboratory checks the raw material, the colour and the finished tile.
- Sorting, packing and shippingTile moves in batches: sorting, packing and shipping across Kazakhstan.

The plant is rising before our eyes
Construction began in April 2025. Today the hall is 95 percent complete, the kiln is being assembled and the laboratory is already working. The first tile leaves the line on 10 April 2027.

The plant foundation is laid in Karaganda.

The steel frame of the main production hall is complete.
